In 1979, Ted's nephew, David Anthony Kennedy was mugged in this Harlem
fleabag while trying to buy cocaine. Five years later he was dead
of an overdose in Palm Beach.
According to cousin
Michael Skakel, a convicted murderer:
"...it was Ethel Kennedy’s
refusal to allow me to use the Kennedy name to get my cousin David
into detox that resulted in
David’s death by overdose less than 48 hours later" |
